Process
I went through three technical interview rounds.
Square (Block) did not ask me any behavioral questions.
The experience was great. The interviewers were nice.
In my case, the last two rounds were conducted by new interviewers at the company. They were supervised by one additional person.
Questions
I don't want to get into too many details, but generally, the questions are not simply LeetCode.
They are more like designing a certain class or component to do a specific job.
