I applied through a recruiter and had two rounds of phone screen interviews with Square. Each round included two pair programming sessions, which took one hour each. The recruiter was responsive and helpful. The whole pair programming interview process was pleasant through Skype, though one interviewer was late as he was not very familiar with the platform.
