I filled out a HackerRank code challenge and was contacted about a week after for an interview.
I had two interviews for two different teams, but for the same position. The interviews went pretty well. I had questions, and my interviewers were more than happy to answer them.

Pros: Whenever I talk to somebody that uses Square, whether physical or online, I rarely hear negative feedback. In fact, a majority of the time it is all about how fantastic a service it is. That kind of feedback from your local small businesses makes work feel meaningful.
Cons: As of now, I don't really have any cons.
