Process
Paired programming with a team specific engineer at the time. The recruiter got back to me really quick, in less than a week. Set up a time, they were super flexible with Skype or call. The interviewer was really friendly, but code style was super important to them and getting it on the first try was more difficult than expected, but doable.

Pros: Exciting mission. Collaborative coworkers. Lots of interesting technical challenges.
Cons: Direction changes can happen rapidly, derailing sprint teams.

Solid company with some problems

Pros: Excellent people, variety of projects, lots of growth and money, and learning opportunities.
Cons: Most teams have a rotating 24-hour on-call duty, which I found intrusive. There were lots of pages that needed attention, and the primary and secondary rotations together lasted two weeks.
A lot of the work was similar to Operations, so I found the problems I was solving were not interesting.
Also, it turned out that my role involved a lot of cross-team politics. I did not find this out until I started the job and looked at the "eng levels" description.

Pros: The company grows very fast, and everyone grows with the company together. Engineers here are very talented, and people are collaborating a lot, so I can always learn new stuff from my peers.
Cons: When a company grows really, really fast, it's hard to manage the resources to make sure everyone is working on the most important thing. The company also needs to adjust the strategy and the organization to fit the changes of the market, etc.
