Conducted six interviews, meeting with a lot of people, both technical and non-technical.
A very bizarre, narrow-sighted architectural interview was encountered.
Overall, the people were generally nice, but I got the impression the company was a little too cult-like for my tastes.
Out of all the people I met, I think only one person was honest about internals.
