The products are world-class, the brand is well-known, design is a first-class citizen, and there is a lot of room for growth both as a company and an individual.
I think we're really going through growing pains right now. There have been so many people added to the company in a short period of time that there is a lot of chaos and sometimes overlapping efforts from team to team.
Leadership has definitely identified this and is doing a good job aligning efforts at a global level.
