Great place to work
The best thing about working at Square is the great people. The bar is high, so you are only working with the best and brightest. Google is the only other place I have worked with a similar quality of engineers.
Projects are fluid, so you will be working on small teams with different people over time, and you can move between projects pretty easily.
Working in a smaller office, there are fewer amenities and options for what to work on.
