Square is an awesome place to work right now. The company is still small enough that my work has a major impact on the company, but large enough to provide great benefits and job security.

Teams from all different disciplines (engineering, marketing, support, legal, management) work together so well and help each other succeed.

Upper management is incredible. They're very open and honest, and nobody is off limits if you have a question.

The Atlanta office has a great group of engineers. It has a small company vibe, but we're very connected with SF and work with teams there daily.

Working on impactful projects can be demanding. Square is growing in a competitive market, and people naturally feel pressure to implement high-quality new features within a tight timeframe.
