Great company, solid perks, and no guilt
They fairly compensate, offer very good health care, and there seems to be room for career growth. I also believe in their mission, which is hard to say about other fin-tech companies.
Overall, I don't have any major downsides to talk about. They have matched or exceeded my expectations, and I have recommended friends who have gotten offers to join as well.
