Chill, nice people. Internal mobility always an option. Fully remote.
Leadership is weak, the Peter Principle in action. I don't know what I can say without revealing too much, but basically, when I look at them, I don't think they are smart or eloquent. Everything is very 'vibes' based, which I struggle with.
