Great mission, great products, great work environment
I haven't been here long, but everything I've experienced at the company has been positive so far. Everyone I've spoken to, from Jack down to my peers, is super intelligent and motivated. The products are meaningful and built so that anyone can understand and use them, even people who aren't on the cutting edge of technology. The office is gorgeous and stacked with perks and amenities.
Square feels like a little fish in a big pond with bigger companies tackling the same problems, but it feels like our size can be an advantage when it comes to moving quickly and innovating.
Please continue the culture of transparency as much as possible!
