Mission and purpose: The company is on a great mission, and we believe in it.
Intellectually challenging and engaging: I was challenged daily and have learned a lot from people around me.
Open culture: Even entry-level employees are entrusted with an incredible amount of information and responsibility.
Great food: I have eaten at almost all large tech companies in the Valley, and Square is one of the best.
