I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. At the time I applied, Block had 2 different interview loops. One was for front end and one for back-end. I took the front end path. There were 2 live code challenges, 1 system desig

The process was alright. I thought I did well on the coding question; however, I may have taken too long and was not able to move on in the process. They did not, however, offer any further explanation, so that is my assumption.
