- Great work-life balance.
- Kind people.
- No clue how to operate as a large company.
- No product vision.
- Engineering is rehashing things over and over.
- Still debating whether to have CI/CD.
- Tons of custom frameworks/tools, especially in the devX/infra space, that are inferior to third-party tools.
- Poor eng culture; very bottoms-up, so information is never consistent.
