Pros: Good salary and culture, benefits, work/life balance. Great office. Good snacks, including a decent lunch. I have to say, an incredible company to work for over the pandemic.

Cons: Perhaps a little rigid on their rules on the business sides. For example, a lot of teams enforcing a need to be at your desk at 8 am. Or the infamous badge rules. One thing I would say is the benefits outweigh these cons, but it does take some getting used to.
