A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and arranged a call for an agreed date and time.
However, the recruiter never followed through, and I received no communication afterwards.
While I wasn't actively looking for a new role, I had made time in an already busy schedule for the call, so this was disappointing.
A quick message to cancel or reschedule would have been appreciated. It left me with a negative impression of the recruitment process and felt unprofessional.
