Process

The interview process involved four rounds, with approximately one week between each.

It began with a phone interview (HR) and two Skype interviews.

Following these, I was invited for a 2:1 in-office interview at the London office. The company seemed more interested in VBA and Excel skills. The interview was very conversational.

I was given an office tour after the final round, which I took to be a good sign. I received a call with the offer the following morning.
