Applied online and was called for a phone interview after a month or so. The phone interview consisted of a brief background check, followed by questions on algorithms, data structures, and a brain teaser. I answered all of them and received an invitation for an in-house interview three to four days later.
The in-house interview had four rounds. From what I understand from other postings, each round is a "knock-out" round. Therefore, if you are moving to the next round, it is a good sign.
I was given the offer the very next day. I must admit that they work at a very impressive rate.
Most questions involve developing algorithms and data structures for a given problem. Be prepared to write a piece of code on paper. I was asked to do that in all interviews except the phone interview.
