Process

I saw the posting on my college career services website and applied on Bloomberg's website.

I was contacted about a month later and had a 45-minute phone interview.

The interview included two technical questions about data structures:

  • The first question was about the difference between arrays and linked lists.

After the technical questions, they asked if I had any questions about Bloomberg.

Questions

The second question was about using a hash table to store information about web history. Bloomberg seems to ask a lot about hash tables, probably due to their efficiency.
