Process

I applied online, and a few days later, HR emailed me to schedule a phone interview.

The first scheduled time, nothing happened. I then rescheduled for another time, and the next attempt, the phone call came as expected.

They only asked me some very simple questions, such as what's the difference between Java and C++. Most of the time, I talked about my projects, which the interviewer seemed interested in.

All seemed to be going smoothly. However, two weeks later, I was told that the position had already been filled.
