Financial Software Developer Interview Experience - New York, New York

Process

I applied for a developer position and chose to be interviewed in C++.

Two developers interviewed me. They asked how Java and C++ differ. One asked what a virtual function was. Another question was about polymorphism. They also requested examples for each.

Even though I provided correct answers, they never seemed satisfied. I believe this is a common interviewing method.
