Process
I gave my resume at a career fair and received an email for an interview on campus.
Since I was from a non-CS background, the questions were very basic. After the first round, they asked me to wait for a second round, which consisted of C++ programs and brain teasers. I failed to answer the brain teaser and left the interview without asking any questions.
I am currently waiting for the result.

Pros: 1. Good holiday and paid day off.
2. Benefits (salary, insurance, 401k) and work hours are generally good.
3. Nice office with free drinks and snacks.
Cons: 1. Most of the time, I'm doing maintenance work rather than working on something new and exciting.
2. High taxes and living expenses in New York City.
3. Nonsensical recruiting.
4. Good training for non-programmers, but it's too long and useless if you already have a lot of programming experience.

Pros: Beautiful office, great pay, good health benefits, free snacks. The company encourages participating in social causes and has smart coworkers. There are also lots of holiday days. Definitely a great place to work.
Cons: * Issues with working from home.
* A lot of artificial deadlines and emergencies.
* Getting increasingly bureaucratic as it grows.
* Very senior management does not care about lower level.

Pros: Since the products that the teams develop are entirely client/customer based, you will be involved in the entire software development life cycle process.
Teams are switching over to new technology (that's a very good sign).
The entire company is transparent. You know what different teams are working on, and the developers are easy to approach.
Cons: Although the company has a great volunteering program, there are not many employee networking events. A better software rollout process is needed.
