How do you remove extra parentheses in a given equation? Ex: ((a+b))*c should be converted to (a+b)*c.
How do you reverse a number without storing it in an array? Ex: 412 should be printed as 214.
There are several log files coming in by date with product IDs, and I need to report the top 10 product IDs during a moving period of 1 month. Discuss the data structures needed to implement the solution.
Discuss the differences in application development for a mobile platform and a normal PC platform.

Pros: Beautiful office, great pay, good health benefits, free snacks. The company encourages participating in social causes and has smart coworkers. There are also lots of holiday days. Definitely a great place to work.
Cons: * Issues with working from home.
* A lot of artificial deadlines and emergencies.
* Getting increasingly bureaucratic as it grows.
* Very senior management does not care about lower level.

Pros: Friendly environment
No restrictions
Free food (lots and lots of junk and organic food)
Better than industry-kind of pay (not top, though)
Cons: Keeps you busy (Get a lot of work done from you in return for good pay).
You need to know how to bull-shit, even if you do not know how to do something.
Lot of legacy code... not worth learning it for professional growth.

Pros: Bloomberg as a workplace has not had the best reputation in the past, but a lot of that has changed. It is a very open kind of place, which some people like and some do not.
Cons: A problem is that a lot of talented programmers leave because they are really not challenged there.
As a quant, Bloomberg will not necessarily be the brightest star on your resume, regardless of famous quants that consult there.
