There was one round of technical interview per day for three days, with candidates being eliminated each day.
They asked simple coding questions. (Cracking the Coding Interview book would be helpful.)

Pros: The company as a whole cares about its employees. Benefits are top-notch. Summer parties are the best, and the company has excellent core values.
Being a private company has a huge advantage, as the company can invest in its people through education and other perks that are rarely found elsewhere. They also promote volunteer work, being green, and focusing on your health.
Cons: Certain groups in the company can have a really bad working environment or a really awesome working environment. It is hit or miss, which tends to depend on who is managing the group.
The company also works with really old technologies, which is not transferable to other companies.
The development environment, or lack of one, is really old and not efficient.

- Very organized work.
- Extra work activities, e.g., sports, volunteering...
Cons: Sometimes, it becomes very hard to balance between your work and your life.

Perks But Toxic Culture

Pros: Free food, flexible work hours (if you do not work in trading systems), corporate perks, and a health benefits package.
Cons: Backstabbing. Managers behave like dictators with no accountability throughout the chain of command. Outright lies on performance reviews. Performance is proportional to sycophancy. The culture of meritocracy and fairness is being systematically dismantled. Basically, a H-1B sweatshop. Blame the person you don't like instead of the real culprit and get him/her fired.
