Next week, I was invited to their company for an in-house interview. I had two rounds of technical interviews. Afterward, HR informed me that they would reply within five days.

Pros: Beautiful office, great pay, good health benefits, free snacks. The company encourages participating in social causes and has smart coworkers. There are also lots of holiday days. Definitely a great place to work.
Cons: * Issues with working from home.
* A lot of artificial deadlines and emergencies.
* Getting increasingly bureaucratic as it grows.
* Very senior management does not care about lower level.

Pros: Since the products that the teams develop are entirely client/customer based, you will be involved in the entire software development life cycle process.
Teams are switching over to new technology (that's a very good sign).
The entire company is transparent. You know what different teams are working on, and the developers are easy to approach.
Cons: Although the company has a great volunteering program, there are not many employee networking events. A better software rollout process is needed.

Pros: - Good compensation (salary, insurance, etc.)
- 20 paid days off per year.
- Easier to become a manager than in most other large tech companies.
Cons: Really depends on the team. The following comments apply to most of the teams that I have heard of, but won't be true for everyone for sure.
* Tech is really old and there are a lot of trivial work. It's hard to sharpen your tech skills. If you want to pursue a 'geek' career, that's not the place.
* Bad work-life balance.
