I applied at a career fair and then I got a phone interview. The phone interview was not hard. All the interviewer asked were basic C/C++ and data structure questions:
- Merge two sorted arrays.
- Pointers in C++.
- OO design.

Pros: Compensation, relaxed work atmosphere--no dress code and semi-flexible hours.
Cons: Long hours, some of the technology in use is truly awful. Although in recent years this has improved tenfold, there is now a mix of okay and very bad.

Pros: - Been here over 5 years, always have been encouraged a healthy WLB.
- The work has always been interesting.
- Food is great (NJ office).
- Internal mobility is encouraged.
- Philanthropy is highly encouraged, and it feels good to work for a place trying to make the world better.
Cons: - Seems a lot of teams have trouble defining clear roles, roadmaps, and expectations.
- Some teams just simply have lazy people (but I guess that's anywhere).

Pros: Good salary.
Nice building.
Friendly colleagues (for the most part).
Free snacks.
Open communication.
Cons: You don't know what the REAL project requirements are until they are 3 days from due.
Have to work with stupid financial market conventions that make no sense.
The code written here is terrible, and nobody has the time to police it.
