Pros: Good benefits for family; they take care of you if you are loyal to them.
Big company, therefore opportunities to move around also. I was there for nearly 9 years and was able to create multiple roles for myself as a software engineer. Great place to learn about technology and business.
Cons: It does get somewhat "Dilbertesque" being a large company. But I think that is to be expected from 99+ percent of companies that have more than, say, 1000 employees.
