Cons: Not much vision for career advancement other than the raise and compensation. Upper management is pretty much not moving at all. You can notice a lot of politics in the upper management. Very corporate, very financy atmosphere -- it feels uptight overall, so R&D makes an extra effort to make it chill. For the engineers who are actually interested in finance (which isn't the case for many people, but for these special few), this is THE place to work at. Otherwise, it's just not so much motivating or fun.
