Pros: Very good benefits.
Semi-formal culture.
Smart co-workers.
Cons: Bad work-life balance.
Saw a lot of layoffs among people working for over 10 years, and that uncertainty looms like dark clouds over a majority of co-workers as they approach the 10-year mark.
That is probably responsible for a lot of negativity within co-workers. This lowers the morale among new employees and dampens the overall work spirit.

Cons: Extremely male dominated, with teams being very culturally stagnant. Executives are dated with their decisions and how they communicate them. Very corporate feeling. Mandatory 3 days in office.
