The overall process was structured and organized, consisting of a recruiter screening, a phone interview, and then a full on-site (virtual) loop. However, the interview experience was negative.
You apply to two teams at a time. The phone screen is a LeetCode-style medium coding interview with some introductory questions about why Bloomberg.
During the entire phone interview (one of the interviewers told me to turn on my camera, even though I was told it was completely over the phone), I received positive feedback and was even told at the end that I did well. However, I was informed a couple of days later that they were not moving forward, without any feedback.
The interview process seemed fake overall and left a bad taste after its completion. This company provides strong compensation, but I am unsure of the integrity of the company or its hiring process. Therefore, if that is important to you, I would not consider this company.
