Good salary, lots of snacks, and great health benefits.
- Upper management stuck with an old mentality.
- Open space office.
- Hard to get any change done.
- People get brainwashed into the "Bloomberg way."
- Remote work support is a joke; there's a lot of resistance whenever anyone asks for it.
Stop being stuck in the 90s. Listen to your external senior hires. They have been around the block and know what's out there and other ways of doing things.
