Process
The first interview was a one-hour technical interview, divided into two parts:
- The first part focused on algorithms. In this step, I was asked to solve a problem, explain its complexity, and describe how to test it.
- The second part focused on data structures. I was asked what data structures I would use in a particular case, with the constraint that the complexity must be at most linear.
The second interview took place at the London office. This interview also had two parts:
- The first part was about algorithms, with a greater emphasis on temporal and spatial complexity.
- The second part involved a problem related to probability.

Pros: A very stimulating place to work. You are very well treated. You are paid well above market rates. It's very technical. A perfect job if you want to settle down and have some stability.
Cons: Work-life balance can sometimes be tricky, as there is a culture of overworking. It's certainly not a young startup.
It's not a flat structure; it feels a bit corporate. Hours are long.
I often simply feel bored.
