Turned it down because:
- 45-hour/week contract (defended by being "standard")
- Requirement to work weekends/holidays as needed without compensation
- Requirement to sign an opt-out of UK working law and agree to above 48 hours per week average
- Glassdoor reviews all confirm the above intent results in no work/life balance
