It involved one easy coding problem using HackRank. I was asked to find if an array includes duplicates (using a HashMap) and was questioned further about Big O.
At the end, I was asked if I had any other questions.

Pros: You get to work with very, very smart people. The salary is higher relative to most of the other firms, except Google.
Cons: Very horrible training. You get fired if you don't have 80% in training, but the actual job after training is very good.
