Very pleasant during the phone and first on-site rounds. The tour before the interview was very interesting.
Two questions were asked: one easy and one hard. I nailed them.

Pros: Used to have free lunch. Not anymore.
Cannot think of anything else.
Cons: If you are going there, just keep this in mind.
You can be Albert Einstein and be the smartest in the world, but you don't get promoted easily.
Everything here works based on relationships.
Very long, extra hours of work without pay!
Zero work-life balance.
Erratic rules: be a buddy to your manager, and you can come at 10 AM and leave at 5 PM, no problem.
Otherwise, arrive at 8:05 AM, and you can be in trouble.
