Process
I had a phone call first. The questions were not hard. They covered topics like the difference between interfaces and abstract classes. I was not happy with the interviewer's attitude. He seemed like he did not want to be there for this interview.

Pros: Great experience working on things that interested me. My mentor and manager also provided me with lots of opportunities to improve my business knowledge and skills. Extremely fun and close-knit team; I enjoyed going to work every day.
Cons: As an intern, I had trouble gaining access privileges to some tools I needed to do my work. It was also a high-pressure environment, but very exciting and fast-paced.

Good company overall

Pros: Everything is team-dependent.
Pay, work ethics, quality of work, etc.
In general, pay will be good in any team.
If you are in a relatively new team, then you may be using C++ and somewhat latest technologies.
Cons: Most teams will not tolerate tardiness and late arrivals; however, late departures are always welcome here (in fact, much needed).
Fortran and really old technologies are still prevalent in some teams. If you work there for 4 years, you are rendered almost useless for any other company.
Things are changing, though, and it's much better.
There is definitely a lot of politics, which is not obvious to leaf nodes.

A very good overall impression

Pros: A very comprehensive internship program. There was a week-long training session for the development interns at the start, which was very useful as an introduction to the platform. In addition, there were regularly organized events for the interns. The team in which I worked was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: No showers, so cycling in the morning was somewhat less of an option.
