Submitted resume at a career fair and got on-campus interviews weeks later.
There were two rounds of tech interviews on two consecutive days, and I was notified I had moved forward to final rounds to interview with one manager and one HR representative the week after.
The experience was negative; the recruiter never replied to my emails. I had a good chat with both the recruiter and the manager, and have no idea why I received a rejection a week later. They could have rejected me earlier, right after the tech interviews, so that I would not have had to waste my time for another two rounds of behavioral questions.
