Pros: The program is very well run and there are many intern events. The events are both social and technical, so you get to meet other interns and learn a lot about the technology and people.
Cons: The experience and project you work on are very team-dependent. Some interns get lucky and end up on a team that aligns well with their interests, while other interns are not able to.
