Pros: Great work-life balance and good perks.
Every team works relatively independently.
Opportunity to work on the full product lifecycle and architect solutions.
Cons: Private company, no stock-based compensation means not much incentive for management to innovate or take risks. Pay is relatively modest compared to industry leaders. Growth has plateaued in recent years.

Pros: The free food was always nice, the hours are semi-flexible, and there is a ton of talent that arose from various academic backgrounds.
Cons: It is a big company and comes with some of the problems generally associated with them.
