Pros: Benefits and WLB are strong. Early career compensation is very strong, competitive with big tech. Lots of interesting work is going on and lots of internal mobility to pursue it.
Cons: Compensation levels off after the junior level.
Three days in the office are required for Individual Contributors (ICs), and four days for managers.
