Pros: Decent pay. Decent group of people.

Cons: Huge turnover with people leaving every week due to 'policy improvements'. Trying to become another MS or Goldman by being hard on employees and demanding, without giving a proper environment for career growth or achievement. Politicized with people trying to take credit for success and point out other groups' failures to get a higher 'score'. Ever-changing 'metrics' are a joke, with 'senior managers' not even knowing themselves how to do certain things while expecting the 'END TASK' delivered. No serious good competitor, so they are going fine in terms of making money. But the day someone like Google or others focus on this area, that's when 'senior managers' or old-timers will really find their worth. Only question to senior management is why they have such huge turnover when so-called 'superstars' are the ones hiring new staff, and projects still fail.

Pros: Competitive pay for entry level, good work-life balance, lots of smart people.

Cons: Pay doesn’t scale well unless you’re a top performer or management. The work culture is very team dependent, as is the amount of legacy code.

Pros: - Great work-life balance - Friendly, collaborative team

Cons: - Flat hierarchy, no leveling system. Sometimes it's hard to understand where you are in your career. - No RSUs since the company is privately held.
