The interview process was okay. The interviewer was really nice and communicated very well.
My first phone interview wasn't a good experience because my laptop went off in the middle of the interview, so I was rescheduled.
The second interview went well also, even though I didn't move to the next round.

Pros: - Free snacks, breakfast, fruits, and drinks.
- Decent pay.
Cons: - Close-minded senior management, very set in their ways.
- Taking risks is discouraged, even though they may pretend otherwise, thus stifling any attempt at innovation. You can still try to be innovative, but if you fail, you're on your own.
- Fighting fires all the time.
- Medium to high stress work environment.
- Truly horrific legacy code.
- Hack/patch attitude towards fixing things in the name of "time to market". Makes sense in some cases, but not every time.

Pros: health benefits, wageworks, life insurance
Cons: Force people to come to the office. Very stingy on work from home. Lots of politics because of managers who have been in their roles for many years. Rotten culture. They show that they are keen on changing, but they do not change their managers, and hence company culture does not change. Use old, outdated technologies.
