Pros: Reasonable work-life balance.
Good emphasis on philanthropy.
In recent years, the company is trying to brand itself as a tech company, so the tech stack and developer experience are changing for the better. Many smart people and co-workers are very helpful and friendly, and easy to work with.
Cons: Like most companies in the financial industry, the tech stack is a little behind or too company-specific. This depends on the team, though; some teams might be better than others. Some benefits might be lacking compared to other companies (no free lunch, gym, or other perks).
