Pros: Benefits are amazing, reputable, and basically dominates the financial data market. It participates in philanthropy actively.
Cons: Engineering quality is not good because it’s a data company. Lots of senior engineers are coasting.

Pros: Best onboarding training out there. The courses were intense but incredibly formative.
Encouraged to define your own career path and guided in the execution.
An environment where you feel comfortable about making mistakes. This allowed me to experiment and grow quickly while staying mentally sane.
Flat culture: you are immediately treated as equal to anyone around you. You can walk up to someone who has been working there for 10 years.
Cons: No cons where I am. I guess the experience can change a lot based on the team you work in. I've seen some ugly and old code out there.
