Process
The phone interview was one easy LeetCode question, covering current work and BB culture.
There were two onsite interviews. Each round included two medium LeetCode questions from the BB category. The interviewers were friendly and understanding to an extent. It was a fun experience with not much behavioral questioning. I believe sometimes they interview candidates with no intention of extending offers (it appears I was one of them).
