Pros: - Nice office with good views
- Pretty good work-life balance
- Decent pay
Cons: - No clear track for success or moving up the ladder.
- Performance reviews and promotions seem to be very subjective and not very quantifiable.
- Much of the leadership is ancient and has been at the company for decades, so not much room for growth and no true desire to innovate.
- Very outdated and proprietary tech stack.
- Using internal tools and the terminal daily is a pain.
- Pay/perks are a tier below the other big tech companies.
- Very much of a corporate and finance vibe in 731 Lex.
