I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an on-campus interview.
I had four on-campus interviews: two technical and two back-to-back behavioral.
The first was a technical interview that consisted of three easy questions with two interviewers. I was given the invitation to proceed to the second round directly after the interview and interviewed the next day.
The second technical interview was slightly more difficult, also with two engineers. I was given the invitation to proceed to the third/fourth round directly after the interview. All the engineers I spoke with were friendly and helpful.
The third/fourth behavioral rounds were conducted the next week. I did not feel like the recruiter and the interviewer were very interested, however, and especially did not receive a good feeling about the engineering culture from the fourth interviewer, who was a middle-aged manager type. I was told I would be informed about results in the next few weeks and received the rejection letter about a week later.
