Pros: While others report some outdated technologies and an in-house tech stack that can make knowledge transfer to other companies less than ideal, there's a very clear company effort to modernize. On top of that, it seems like the company has invested in its engineers to compete with some of the other top firms (especially true for the intern program), and it shows in the level of talent that the company attracts. Overall, this is a very competent engineering department and a good place to work that's getting better every year.

Cons: Very outdated proprietary technology stack. The money is not even that good, considering the cost of living in NYC, and the growth potential is extremely limited.
