Pros: - Nice office. - Pay if you are good at your job. - Don't fire people unless you are really bad. - Challenging work, rate always a lot to do.

Cons: - Proprietary code and system. - A lot of bad legacy code and firefighting. - Get ready to be micromanaged on everything. - Processes are decided by out-of-touch managers and cannot be changed. - Employee feedback is never taken into account. - Get ready to be considered untrustworthy, even after years. - Turnover is really high (60% of the company has been here less than two years), so nobody knows how things work. - Even though the company boasts about its unique culture and flexibility, don't be fooled; they will let you down if you need them (sickness, disaster). - Everything is at manager discretion (so some people get a lot – trips, free meals – but most get nothing). - Priorities change every five minutes. - Fewer and fewer perks.
