I found the hiring process to be very pleasant. There was some whiteboarding, but also an all-day coding challenge, which actually allowed the chance to show off your skills.
They take the time to get to know you. Everyone was nice, smart, and supportive. If you're struggling with a problem, they'll help you, not leave you out to die.

Nothing unexpected, just typical whiteboarding questions. They are more looking to see your thought process and how you approach a problem.
